Job Title:         Documentum Technical Architect

Job Location:   San Francisco Bay Area

Job Description :

  • Ability to lead a team of consultants in delivering technical solution to the customer
  • Provide technical solution scoping and proposal development (pre-sales)
  • Provide design solution / alternatives in the area of Web Content management, Document management, records management and Digital assets management
  • Ability to write technical specification based on the business requirements
  • Ability to develop work breakdown structure and effort estimation for the proposed solution
  • Contribute to pre sales and proposals building from a technical / solution perspective
  • Generate high-quality project documentation, such as project plans, design documents, test plans, etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Provide leadership to the technical team
  • At least 2 years as a technical lead in the area of Enterprise Content Management
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the area of Enterprise applications.
  • Deep working knowledge of all key Documentum 5.x products, including migration of versions and content.

Job Description :

  • Lead a team of consultants/developers in delivering technical solutions to customers
  • Provide technical leadership on IBM WebSphere related products and tools
  • Design and deliver WebSphere-based eCommerce and Integration systems.
  • Should be able to read and review existing code and re-factor code to new architecture.
  • Write unit test cases and build scripts
  • Review code base of developers
  • Deliver code adhering to best practices and performance requirements
  • Deliver code base which are easy to maintain and debug
  • Should be able to interact with offshore team on a daily basis and provide inputs, code reviews etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Provide leadership to the technical team
  • Should be able to handle a small team of 3-5 developers.
  • Must have worked as technical lead on a large project for at least 12 months.

Job Title:           Config Manager

Job Description:

  • Coordinate integration activities between developers, database administrators, testers, and system administrators for both internal and client environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated build and deployment scripts with XML configuration based tools such as Ant.
  • Build and deploy Java based Internet applications and portals (Web Sphere Portals)
  • Maintain software baselines and ensure that all artifacts are properly placed under configuration management.
  • Maintain configuration management plans and documentation
  • Assist with the implementation and documentation of new CM processes as a result of process improvements or audit findings, providing CM metrics for CM activities
  • Provide training to new team members on configuration management principals

  • At least 3 years of experience deploying Internet applications into a multi-tiered clustered platform.
  • Proficiency in writing scripts for build and/or configuration automation. This could be in XML based tools such as Ant, Nant, MS Build or non-XML based languages such as Perl or VB Script.
  • Experience in both Windows and UNIX operating systems
  • Experience in a multi-location software development environments

Job Description:

  • Plan, select, test, and evaluate computer programs for computerized accounting system; evaluate and customize appropriate program suitable for the company needs.
  • Establish computerized procedures for monitoring materials, client list, overhead, wages, promotional materials, etc.
  • Devise computerized forms for accounts receivable/payable, payroll, etc. Prepare operation manuals to guide bookkeepers and accounting clerks for posting, retrieving, and maintaining the accounting data pertaining to payroll, overhead, client list, etc.
  • Analyze, review, alter programs to increase efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
  • Generate payroll reports for tax purpose, and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by management;
